Easy Bacon & Egg Breakfast Sliders
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Salted Butter
- 12 large Eggs
- 8 slices Bacon
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1/4 cup Milk 2% or Whole
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Fry the bacon on your stovetop (or air fryer), set aside
- Whisk 12 eggs, 1/4 cup 2% (or whole milk) + salt and pepper together in a small bowl
- Remove excess bacon grease from your frying pan and add 1 tbsp of butter. Stir until melted, then add your egg mixture
- Cook eggs on medium/low heat, stirring frequently to keep them from browning or sticking, then set aside
- Butter the bottom and sides of a 9×13 inch baking dish (I just used the stick and schmear it on)
- Without separating, cut your Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in the buttered baking dish
- Melt the remaining butter. Brush butter on the bottom half of the rolls, saving the rest for the top
- Sprinkle 1/2 tsp garlic salt on the bottom half of the buttered rolls, then layer on 1 cup of shredded cheddar, scrambled eggs, bacon, and the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar (things will start to fall off the sides but it's all good)
- Put the top half of the rolls on, brush with butter, then sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp garlic
- Pop in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted. Take them out, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp parsley and let cool. Enjoy!
