Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Fry the bacon on your stovetop (or air fryer), set aside
Whisk 12 eggs, 1/4 cup 2% (or whole milk) + salt and pepper together in a small bowl
Remove excess bacon grease from your frying pan and add 1 tbsp of butter. Stir until melted, then add your egg mixture
Cook eggs on medium/low heat, stirring frequently to keep them from browning or sticking, then set aside
Butter the bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch baking dish (I just used the stick and schmear it on)
Without separating, cut your Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in the buttered baking dish
Melt the remaining butter. Brush butter on the bottom half of the rolls, saving the rest for the top
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp garlic salt on the bottom half of the buttered rolls, then layer on 1 cup of shredded cheddar, scrambled eggs, bacon, and the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar (things will start to fall off the sides but it's all good)
Put the top half of the rolls on, brush with butter, then sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp garlic
Pop in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted. Take them out, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp parsley and let cool. Enjoy!
