The Only Cobbler Recipe You’ll Ever Need

Seriously. It’s soooooo good and foolproof. THERE’S ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS. Every time I get asked for this recipe people don’t believe how simple it is.
Is it cheating, maybe? But if it’s wrong, I don’t want to be right. So let’s jump in shall we?
1) Get yourself some Krusteaz Cinnamon Swirl Cake mix
Don’t substitute, trust me. THIS is the way to go. Then you’ll need:
- 1 stick of butter
- 4 cans of sliced peaches (or apples)
- 3-4 cups of berries

2) Drain your fruit reallllly well

3) Mix in your berries
Some suggested combinations, but seriously you can’t screw this up:
- Peaches & Cranberries
- Peaches & Blackberries
- Apples & Huckleberries
- Apples & Blueberries

4) Bust open your Krusteaz Mix

5) Add the cake mix & stick of butter to a large bowl & pop the whole thing in the microwave for 1 minute

6) In the meantime, sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar topping on the fruit mixture

7) Mix the melted butter & cake mix until crumbly

8) Using your hands, spread the topping over the fruit mixture

9) Go ahead & top the whole thing off with more cinnamon sugar. YUMMM

10) Bake until browned & bubbly. Serve with vanilla ice cream (Big fans of Tillamook over here)

Enjoy!
