Equipment

  • 13x9 Baking Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Krusteaz Cinnamon Swirl Crumb Cake Mix
  • 4 Cans (14.5oz each) Sliced Peaches I prefer the non-extra sugary kind, but you can use peaches in juice/syrup if you like your desserts really sweet! Also works well with apples as the base.
  • 3-4 Cups Blackberries Or any berries of your choosing (canned whole cranberries also work wonderfully)
  • 1 Stick Salted Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Drain your cans of fruit (really well!) and dump them into a 9x13 baking pan along with your berries
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the cake mix and stick of butter. Pop the bowl in the microwave for 1 minute
  • Stir the butter into the cake mix until the batter becomes crumbly
  • Sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar packet on top of the fruit mixture
  • Spread the crumble topping over the fruit mixture
  • Spring another 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar packet on top of the crumble cake topping
  • Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes, until slightly browned and bubbly. Best served warm with vanilla ice cream ;)
